CONDITIONS OF USE:

Some of the products sold by CBD oiled may cause sedation or stimulation. Customers are advised to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery if they feel tired after taking any of our products.

You are advised not to exceed the recommended dosage.

In case you are taking prescription medicines, you may find that our products may conflict with your prescriptions. We recommend that you avoid combining our CBD products with prescription medications unless you are certain that there is no chance of any conflict. CBD oiled is not accountable in the event of any medical conflict. We recommend that customers always consult their doctor before taking any new product.

The recommended dosage quoted on our products are intended for adults. We recommend that customers take care to reduce the dosages significantly when administering to children. Under no circumstance should customers administer adult doses to children.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

CBD oiled may choose to cease marketing products at short notice without any obligation or liability to any other party.

CBD products are natural, and as such are subject to natural variations. CBD oiled cannot be held accountable for any variation in colour, smell or flavour of our products.

We offer our products and services entirely at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse or restrict sales to any 3rd party.

 

Payment

cbdoiled.com receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in £ United Kingdom Pounds and incl. VAT when applicable.

cbdoiled.com uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we can not read your information.

Delivery

cbdoiled.com delivers on every weekday and Saturday mornings.  Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

We use Royal Mail and courier services to deliver our products.

 

Complaints

There are 2 years of right of a claim under the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product/service.

cbdoiled.com will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal

14 days full return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

Return costs must be borne by yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return within 14 days of receiving the confirmation.

Item Condition When Dispatching The Return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in real use.
